Privacy

The short version

This site does not collect anything about you. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags, no forms and no accounts. Nothing on this page is personalised, because we do not know who you are.

What happens when you open a page

Our hosting provider records ordinary server request data — the page requested, the time, your IP address, your browser type — as every web server does, and uses it to deliver the page and to protect the site from abuse. We do not combine that data with anything else and we do not use it to identify visitors.

The three typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads. That request is visible to Google under its own privacy terms. We do not receive anything back from it.

If you call or write to us

When you call 1-855-FLAT-200, our telephone provider records the calling number and any voicemail you leave, and sends both to us by email. We keep that message for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of product questions, and we do not use it for marketing. There is no mailing list to join and nothing to unsubscribe from.

Buying through TikTok Shop

Orders are placed on TikTok Shop, not here. Your name, address and payment details are handled by that platform under its own privacy policy. We receive the shipping information needed to fulfil an order and nothing beyond it.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Your rights

California residents have rights under the CCPA to know what personal information a business collects about them, to have it deleted, and not to be discriminated against for asking. Since this site collects no personal information, there is normally nothing to disclose or delete. If you have called or written to us and want that record removed, ask us on the number below and we will remove it.

We do not sell or share personal information, and we never have.

Changes

If this site ever starts collecting something — a newsletter form, an analytics tool — this page changes first, and the date at the top changes with it.
